Putting paint on metal is a visceral experience… there’s plenty of adrenaline involved as well as raw emotion and a bit of ego. When I started doing this here in North Jersey in 2006, I had no idea what I was getting myself into, though. Honestly, I was watching an episode of Overhaulin’ and thought to myself “That doesn’t seem too hard”… I was wrong. I’ve been practicing and working now for a little over a year and a half and there have been ups and downs for sure. I continue to advance my work, and have gotten to a point now that my work is starting to get noticed.
